Rep Loretta Sanchez (D-CA): GOP Only Won Where ‘There’s Not a Large Amount’ of Immigrants

Representative Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) responded to her party’s electoral defeat by claiming that Republicans won where “there’s not a large amount of immigrant people” on Thursday’s broadcast of CNN’s “@This Hour.”

When Sanchez was asked whether the president should still issue his planned executive order on immigration given the GOP’s victories in the elections, she responded “two years ago when the president won re-election, his policies were on the ballot also, but the Republicans didn’t pay attention to that. All I’ve got to say is that yes, Republicans picked up seats. They picked up seats where there are no real, there’s not a large amount of immigrant people, they don’t understand many times what we’re really talking about with respect to [the] economy, with respect to family.”

Voters in Oregon vote down drivers licenses for Illegals 68% to 32%

Protect Oregon Driver Licenses – PODL – and volunteers throughout Oregon and across the country worked for over a year to overturn SB 833 – a law passed by the Oregon Legislature that would legitimize the presence of illegal aliens in Oregon by granting them highly coveted state issued ID in the form of a driver card. The bill was passed by the Oregon legislature and signed into law May 1, 2013.

PODL filed a citizens veto referendum to overturn the new law. Petition signatures were accepted by the Secretary of State’s office and Senate Bill 833 – referred to as Ballot Measure 88 – was on the general election ballot in November 2014.

Ballot Measure 88 was soundly defeated 68% to 32% – greater than a 2 to 1 margin. In 29 of Oregon’s 36 counties Measure 88 was defeated by a greater than 70% NO vote. The voters have spoken and this law will now be dismissed to the archives of bad legislation.

71% of new jobs in New Hampshire since 2000 have gone to immigrants

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire — A new high-powered ad spot—and hefty buy behind it—aims to finish off incumbent Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) and help former Sen. Scott Brown across the finish line.

The ad comes from Ending Spending Action Fund, which is spending approximately $1.25 million in the final days pushing this message via television, radio, Internet, forthcoming print advertisements, and direct mail. That’s in addition to an existing $601,000 buy the group is already running in local television markets, meaning the group is up with more than $1.85 million backing Brown in the final week.

Already, under current immigration numbers, according to a new study from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), 71 percent of new jobs in New Hampshire since 2000 have gone to immigrants, both illegal and legal, over American citizens. That surge in foreign labor is something Shaheen supports—and is part of the reason why, Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) said, Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and other CEOs are backing Shaheen over Brown.

Stuffed ballots, rigged voting machines, and illegal immigrants voting

We need to start calling this activity for what it is 18 U.S. Code § 2385’Advocating for the Overthrow of our Constitutional form of government’ which is a treasonable offense punishable by death or 20 years in prison. – Admin

With the election just under two weeks away, evidence of rampant Democrat voter fraud is already pouring in. First, it was surveillance cameras catching a liberal activist apparently stuffing hundreds of ballots at a polling place in Arizona (as I noted on Tuesday). According to Maricopa County Republican Party Chairman A.J. LaFaro, a liberal activist wearing a “Citizens for a Better Arizona” T-shirt walked in while poll workers were on an extended lunch and started shoving piles of ballots into the ballot box.

Then, it was Illinois state representative candidate Jim Moynihan voting early for himself and other Republicans only to notice vote-after-vote being switched to Democratic candidates by the machine. According to the web site Illinois Watchdog, Cook County Board of Elections representative Jim Scalzitti insists that every vote being switched to a Democratic candidate is a “calibration error.”

And now, it is Obama’s amnestied illegal immigrants registering to vote. According to the Winston-Salem Journal of North Carolina, State Board of Elections (SBOE) officials recently uncovered 145 names on their voter rolls that belonged to illegal immigrants who were recently granted “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) status by Obama. These would be people who have no legal right whatsoever to vote in our elections, but who are now registered to vote.

Earlier this month, those same officials sampled 1,600 names from their overall list of 10,000 voters who were identified as “legally present” by the DMV (i.e., non-citizens who may or may not have become citizens and obtained voting rights since getting drivers’ licenses). They cross-checked the names against a U.S. Department of Homeland Security database, known as SAVE, and found that 6% of the 1,600 registered voters they sampled are not eligible to vote.

As Breitbart News notes, if this ratio holds true for the entire list of 10,000 registered voters, then roughly 600 voters from that list will turn out to be illegal immigrants who have no right to vote. What’s more is that these fraudulent voters could very well end up swaying the outcome of many incredibly close elections this year…like North Carolina’s dead-heat Senate race.

Of course, these elections are only being kept so close in the first place by ultra-wealthy leftist billionaires (the left’s actual base) rushing in to prop up wildly unpopular Democratic candidates who are facing complete and utter electoral annihilation this year, according to all the recent polling.

Joni Ernst Says wouldn’t repeal President Obama’s executive amnesty for so-called “DREAMers.”

Her true loyalty to the COC and her RINO colors are being exposed. – Admin

Iowa GOP Senate candidate Joni Ernst declared two surprising stances in a Saturday debate with Democratic Rep. Bruce Braley (D-IA), saying separately that she would consider increasing taxes to shore up Social Security and that she does not support repealing President Obama’s executive amnesty for so-called “DREAMers.”

Later in the debate, in discussing immigration, Ernst said she does not support repealing Obama’s “Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) program. Asked if she would repeal it, Ernst said, “No, I would not. No, I would not.” After Braley touted the program’s success, Ernst said, “That’s where we agree. There are a number of children that have been brought here not of their own accord. I do support allowing those children some of the freedoms that are here in the United States. We are a country of immigrants but we are also a nature of laws.”

U.S. Immigrant Population Record 41.3 Million in 2013

The Census Bureau recently released some of the data from the 2013 American Community Survey (ACS). The data show that the nation’s immigrant population (legal and illegal) grew by 1.4 million from July 2010 to July 2013. The data also imply that 3.3 million new immigrants settled in the country in that same period.1 These new arrivals were offset by return migration and deaths among the existing population. The immigrant population, referred to as the foreign-born by the Census Bureau, includes all those who were not U.S. citizens at birth, including illegal immigrants.

Exclusive: White House meets with Big Business on immigration

Senior White House officials are in talks with business leaders that could expand the executive actions President Barack Obama takes on immigration. Representatives for high-tech, agriculture and construction interests have put forward a range of fixes, from recapturing unused green cards to tweaking existing work authorization programs. Representatives from Oracle, Cisco, Fwd.US, Microsoft, Accenture, Compete America and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce were among those present at a wide-ranging Aug. 1 session that went through a list of asks for the tech sector that would involve rulemaking.

In its analysis of the Senate’s amnesty bill, the Congressional Budget office determined that an increase in the number of such visas would lower the wages of American workers, and a recent Census report found that “74% of those with a bachelor’s degree in these subjects don’t work in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) jobs.” Numerous scholars and studies have determined that America does not have a shortage of high-tech workers. And after the Census report, even mainstream media outlets like CBS News concluded that the notion of such a shortage “is largely a myth.”

Vulnerable Democrats Turn on Obama over Immigration

Vulnerable Democrats who have to face the American people, as well as Republicans in this Fall’s elections, are warning Obama to go slow when it comes to taking executive action on illegal immigration.

“This is an issue that I believe should be addressed legislatively and not through executive order,” said Sen. Kay Hagan. The North Carolina Democrat is just one of an increasing number of Democrats worried about defending their party and president’s views on immigration in November. She’s also seen as key in the GOP’s efforts to take control of the Senate.
